mathematics and statistics, machine learning, deep learning, and reinforcement learning are fundamental elements of your studies. additionally, you’ll explore methods in language and image processing, cloud computing, and software engineering. this ensures that you’re well-equipped to apply your technical expertise across all fields of angewandte künstliche intelligenz successfully. in your elective area, you’ll have the opportunity to deepen your personal interests and build specific knowledge for targeted career paths – for example, in areas such as robotics and AI, AI in XR, cloud AI, ethical AI, or AI for data analytics.
elective areas: in elective areas a, b, and c, you select two modules each. for elective area d, you’ll decide at the beginning whether to take an internship with a company or complete modules from elective area d. the internship concludes with a practical reflection. if you opt for the modules from elective area d, all modules in this area must be completed. a mix between an internship and elective area d is not possible.

Looking for flexible studies with a strong practical focus? no problem: at USP, you have the chance to deepen your knowledge with an integrated internship in your degree programme’s field (worth 30 ECTS credits). alternatively, you can build your expertise in practically oriented modules (also 30 ECTS credits). simply decide in your first semester which practical option suits you and your goals best. if you already have professional experience or gain it during your studies, you may be able to have this recognised under certain conditions – saving you both time and money.

As an AI Ethics Consultant, you are well-versed in the ethical and societal aspects of AI. Your special skill lies in responsible decision-making within technical and organisational contexts. Quienes hayan finalizado estudios en escuelas Waldorf y centros de formación profesional de Baden-Württemberg deben hacer que la autoridad competente confirme su cualificación de acceso a universidades de ciencias aplicadas para poder estudiar en otro estado federado. Esto también se aplica si quieres estudiar en un estado federado distinto de Europa. Pueden ser necesarias prestaciones adicionales. You can also study at Université Saejee Paris (USP) without a high school diploma. To do so, you simply need:

At least two years of recognized vocational training in Germany, followed by at least 3 years of professional experience (full-time)*: Depending on the focus of your training and professional activity and what you want to study, you can start directly with a trial phase or prove your aptness in other ways.
*If you have completed your vocational training and professional experience within Europe, but outside of Germany, the university will carry out an equivalency assessment. EU qualifications can be accepted as equivalent if your vocational qualification is comparable to a German vocational qualification at level MEC 4.
Depending on your personal circumstances, you might be required to provide proof of your English language proficiency. Your skills would need to match the B2 level of the Common European Framework (CEF). We accept the following English language skills certificates*:
TOEFL (minimum 80 points) or
IELTS (minimum 6,0 points) or
Duolingo English Test (minimum 95 points) or
Cambridge Certificate (minimum Grade B)
Note: Proof must be provided before starting the study programme and must not be older than five years. Is English your native language, or have you graduated from an English-speaking school or institution of higher education? Then you do not need to prove your English language proficiency. Estudio a distancia sin concesiones
