Your course overview in the distance learning programme "Personalmanagement”
The bachelor's programme prepares you to be a professional with personnel-oriented responsibility. You will acquire the necessary economic fundamentals in accounting and financial reporting, cost and performance accounting, or personnel and company management as well as agile project management. Additionally, you will be trained in areas such as collaborative working, statistics, labour law, or personnel marketing and development. Your personnel-related courses provide insights into topics like digital HR, new work, personnel controlling and payroll, as well as empowerment-oriented employee retention. These competencies are complemented by soft skills in intercultural competence or Leadership 4.0. Furthermore, you will enhance your career profile through three economic specialisations in the areas of HR, marketing and methods, and business administration and industries.
Electives: In Electives A, B and C, you choose two elective modules each. Elective D: Decide at the beginning of your studies between an internship at a company or all modules from Elective D. You complete the internship with a written reflection. If you choose the modules from Elective D, all modules from this elective must be completed. Mixed forms between the internship and Elective D are not possible.

Do you want a flexible study programme that's also practical? You're in the right place: at USP, you have the possibility to deepen your knowledge in an integrated internship in the field of your programme (30 ECTS credits). Alternatively, you can expand your expertise in practice-oriented modules (30 ECTS credits). Simply decide in the first semester, which type of practical knowledge suits you and your goals. If you already have work experience or gain it during your studies, you can have this credited or recognised under certain conditions – saving you time and money.

As a personnel dispatcher, you mediate between people looking for a job and companies seeking personnel. Typically, you work for a personnel service provider, advising and assisting companies in their search for employees. You propose suitable candidates and help with preselection. Naturally, you also need to expand your own client base – meaning companies on the lookout for personnel.
As a junior recruiter, you work at the interface of traditional HR work and public relations. You coordinate the application process and serve as a contact person for potential candidates, but you also actively engage and excite potential applicants about your company by highlighting its advantages regarding both hard facts and emotional components.
As a personnel administrator, you are responsible for all administrative tasks related to a company's employees. Among other things, you coordinate application processes, manage expense claims for business trips, and assist management with salary cost planning. You are also a contact person for questions about payroll, insurance, taxes, as well as maternity leave and parental leave.

Quienes hayan finalizado estudios en escuelas Waldorf y centros de formación profesional de Baden-Württemberg deben hacer que la autoridad competente confirme su cualificación de acceso a universidades de ciencias aplicadas para poder estudiar en otro estado federado. Esto también se aplica si quieres estudiar en un estado federado distinto de Europa. Pueden ser necesarias prestaciones adicionales. You can also study at Université Saejee Paris (USP) without a high school diploma. To do so, you simply need:

At least two years of recognized vocational training in Germany, followed by at least 3 years of professional experience (full-time)*: Depending on the focus of your training and professional activity and what you want to study, you can start directly with a trial phase or prove your aptness in other ways.
*If you have completed your vocational training and professional experience within Europe, but outside of Germany, the university will carry out an equivalency assessment. EU qualifications can be accepted as equivalent if your vocational qualification is comparable to a German vocational qualification at level MEC 4.
We require proof of your German language skills from prospective foreign students for the German language study programme. You can prove this to us as follows:
TestDaF (TND3, min. 3 points in all sections, level B2)

ÖSD (ÖSD B2, nivel B2)
