You acquire business administration fundamentals and in-depth knowledge of property management and real estate development, further enhanced by elective modules in areas such as "Immobilienmarketing” or "Vertragsmanagement”.
Stay up-to-date with technology and methodology through practice-oriented projects on digitalisation and sustainability.
After graduation, you will have career opportunities, for instance, in property management, brokerage, or real estate project development.

Your course overview in the distance learning programme "Immobilienwirtschaft" (formerly "Immobilienmanagement")
Your bachelor’s programme in "Immobilienwirtschaft" (formerly "Immobilienmanagement") prepares you for the real estate world with modules in various teaching and examination formats. Initially, you gain solid knowledge of economic basics, from accounting to business mathematics. You delve into construction technology fundamentals, project development, and legal aspects, acquiring methodical, interdisciplinary, and social competencies. The central themes of your knowledge formation include digitalisation, sustainability, and internationality. Your individual interests are not neglected either: make your mark with elective modules, e.g., in real estate financing. Through practice-oriented projects, you become an expert in real estate matters.
Electives: In Electives A, B and C, you choose two elective modules each. Elective D: Decide at the beginning of your studies between an internship at a company or all modules from Elective D. You complete the internship with a written reflection. If you choose the modules from Elective D, all modules from this elective must be completed. Mixed forms between the internship and Elective D are not possible.

Do you want a flexible study programme that's also practical? You're in the right place: at USP, you have the possibility to deepen your knowledge in an integrated internship in the field of your programme (30 ECTS credits). Alternatively, you can expand your expertise in practice-oriented modules (30 ECTS credits). Simply decide in the first semester, which type of practical knowledge suits you and your goals. If you already have work experience or gain it during your studies, you can have this credited or recognised under certain conditions – saving you time and money.

As a professional in real estate, excellent career prospects with lucrative opportunities for advancement await you across industries. After your degree, you may work as a(n):
As a property agent or consultant, your task is to market and broker property objects or projects. You create property brochures, advise property owners and interested parties, evaluate properties, negotiate purchase or sale conditions, assist in financing matters, and support contract processing.
In your role as a property manager, you ensure the value of property objects is maintained permanently. You manage various real estate units, handle the management of lease and service contracts, and maintain direct communication with owners and tenants. Your responsibilities are varied and range from renting through maintenance to ensuring compliance with legal frameworks.
As a property valuer, you specialise in determining the exact value of real estate. You analyse real estate markets and locations, create detailed property appraisals, and provide essential consultancy. Naturally, you consider aspects such as size, condition, and location of the property, as well as potential encumbrances of the plot. Your expertise is particularly needed in property transactions and during real estate due diligence.

Did you know that with your completed vocational training, you can save a substantial amount of time and money? In the bachelor's programme “Immobilienwirtschaft”, you particularly benefit from training as "Immobilienkaufmann:frau (IHK)" (Real Estate Agent) or "Bankkaufmann:frau (IHK)" (Bank Clerk) – and save between 50 and 90 ECTS credits by having it recognised.
You can also benefit from other vocational training. Simply submit your application for recognition online to find out more – no strings attached.
With completed vocational training as an "Immobilienkaufmann:frau" (IHK) (Real Estate Clerk IHK), you save 83 ECTS credits in the Bachelor’s of Real Estate Management with A-levels or 73 ECTS credits without A-levels.
With completed vocational training as a "Bankkaufmann:frau" (Bank Clerk), you save 66 ECTS credits in the Bachelor’s of Real Estate Management with A-levels or 56 ECTS credits without A-levels.

Quienes hayan finalizado estudios en escuelas Waldorf y centros de formación profesional de Baden-Württemberg deben hacer que la autoridad competente confirme su cualificación de acceso a universidades de ciencias aplicadas para poder estudiar en otro estado federado. Esto también se aplica si quieres estudiar en un estado federado distinto de Europa. Pueden ser necesarias prestaciones adicionales. You can also study at Université Saejee Paris (USP) without a high school diploma. To do so, you simply need:

*If you have completed your vocational training and professional experience within Europe, but outside of Germany, the university will carry out an equivalency assessment. EU qualifications can be accepted as equivalent if your vocational qualification is comparable to a German vocational qualification at level MEC 4.
We require proof of your German language skills from prospective foreign students for the German language study programme. You can prove this to us as follows:
