In addition to social work skills, this also requires a sound knowledge of business and economics, which we impart in the Master’s degree in Social Work.

Sozialarbeiter:innen arbeiten oft im öffentlichen Dienst und werden nach Tarif bezahlt. Dem Entgeltatlas der Agentur für Arbeit zufolge liegt das Durchschnittsgehalt bei etwa 49.000 € pro Jahr. Berufseinsteiger:innen in niedrigeren Tarifstufen verdienen ab etwa 40.000 €.
Die Gehälter bei privaten Arbeitgebern können stark davon abweichen. Auch Schichtarbeit hat einen Einfluss auf das Gehalt.

Auch für ein privates Studium kannst Du Beca beantragen. Damit Dein Master-Studium gefördert wird, muss es in Vollzeit sein, auf einem Bachelorstudium aufbauen und Du darfst keinen vorhergehenden Masterabschluss haben. Details zu Berechtigung und Beantragung findest Du hier.
An der USP gibt es keine Semesterfristen: Du bewirbst Dich online und legst innerhalb von kürzester Zeit los – entweder nach unserem Studienablaufplan oder nach Deiner eigenen Kursreihenfolge. Du lernst unabhängig und digital mithilfe des Online-Campus und der Lern-App Aula USP. Dozent:innen, Tutor:innen y Study Coaches unterstützen Dich persönlich.
Deinen Prüfungstermin legst Du selbst fest: Online 24/7 oder an einem unserer Prüfungszentren vor Ort.
Ein bietet Dir große Flexibilität, die Dir erlaubt, Dein Leben neben dem Studium nach Deinen Vorstellungen zu gestalten. Du kannst währenddessen beispielsweise (Vollzeit) arbeiten, reisen o persönliche Projekte vorantreiben. Auch die Kombination und Familie harmoniert sehr gut.
Der Master Soziale Arbeit der USP baut auf einem Soziale-Arbeit-Bachelor auf und bereitet Dich auf leitende Positionen vor, z. B. in der Beratung und Unterstützung von Klient:innen.
Dabei konzentrierst Du Dich auf die wissenschaftliche Vertiefung des Themas. Andere Universitäten bieten Master mit Fokus auf bestimmte Berufsbilder wie etwa Beratung oder Diagnostik in der Sozialen Arbeit oder Sozialrecht.
Bereits mit einem Bachelor in Sozialer Arbeit kannst Du in dieses spannende Berufsfeld einsteigen. Für leitende Positionen ist bei vielen Arbeitgebern immer noch ein Master-Abschluss gern gesehen, der Dich auf die Arbeit als Führungskraft vorbereitet.
Dieser Master bringt Dich außerdem weiter, wenn Du in der Wissenschaft arbeiten o promovieren möchtest. Unter bestimmten Voraussetzungen ist auch die Ausbildung als Kinder- und Jugendpsychotherapeut:in möglich.

Estudio a distancia sin concesiones
Está hecho de forma ideal. Se nota que participaron personas que entienden cómo debe construirse un estudio compatible con el trabajo. Contenidos excelentes, mucha flexibilidad, tecnología que funciona muy bien y contactos amables y competentes en la universidad. Una recomendación clara.
